FOR SALE 1958 Volkswagen Beetle

* 1600 Motor - Mechanically sound, and regularly serviced
The vehicle has an original 1600 motor, with the brakes on the front being discs.

* The vehicle has been with this engine for over 5 years.

* The gearbox is the original split case unit

* Body condition is good, minimal rust, but definitely needs respray

* Floorpan in very good condition

* Interior is in fair condition

Vehicle would suit restoration, comes with some spare panels and parts
Vehicle has been always garaged
Has always been used as a daily driver vehicle

You will note in pics it requires a respray, and that the guards are not original, the originals do come with the vehicle and are in good condition. The reason why the flare guards are used because we ended up using wider profile tyres and these would not fit with original.

does this have semaphores?

Doesnt look like in the pics.
I thought semaphores went in the end of 59or 60.
Should have them.

Then again so should my bus!!

looks like an early, no dash handle or fuel gauge, 4 holes for door hinges, blade bumpers just has late fenders

Semaphores ended late 1960.
