I just want to sell the van, i need the coin.

when i owned and drove her around, one guy offered me $10000 for her, saying that it was a rare 1971 poptop fully imported and stuff..

I just want as close to $5k that i can get.
I am near byron bay, although often in brisbane and around, chasing waves and working.

to be honest, the van is gagging for someone to come along and work the body.

the running gear is all good/new and safe....and the engine too..

i have just given up hope (AND CASH!) for doing the body....

it only lived at the coast for 2 years...there isnt much rust....we (me and my brother) found it out west....far away from the coast......and really the body needs more of a strip back (NEW RUBBERS ALL AROUND) and a re spray, with a few bits of old rust to be replaced with new metal..inadvertenly.

i would love someone (who loves combi's) to come along and WANT to spend like 5 grand on the thing....i just dont have the coin...

i mean it is a 1971 model...it is worthy for it eh.

i can get a safety cert no worries...but i just know that she is ready for a facelift.
