Sadly cost blowouts for my subdivison have forced me to sell something I thought I would have for ever. Bloody councils!
This was fully restored about 7, 8 yeards ago I have had it for the last few and put on 3000 klms It is a very high resto quality but has a few
stonechips and marks. It needs rego in a month Its a bargin at $16,000 Firm . It will be at the Nationals in the car park ring me on 0422 802 199 if

Wes Dont I know it. This is not an easy course to take . Simple fact is I have no choice.
The end result will be worth it I get a Block of land on Sydneys northern beaches, Biggest bummer is that I wasted $20 G paying land and environment
court costs , the councils case was pathetic and it should never had been an issue.
The thing has passed but now I need another $20 G to build the infrastructure to make it all happen. I am morgaged to the hilt and live on a green
keepers wage, so must sell. Dont like it but thats the way.
Bright side ,,,,when i finish and sell up I will be cashed for what ever.

i'm looking at buy either a split single cab or a panel but not for about 12 months.
13 window wouldn't be practical...want it for my business
