hi guys, I have 1954 oval for sale I think it is 1954 since it has heart tail light and semaphore

minimal rust, engine in pieces but complete

chassis no -1-0784287-

get a $99 Virgin flight and come over.
or get in your car and drive over and have a look.
nothing personal, but all eastern staters say about Adelaide cars is "I wish it were in Sydney" or "it would sell for heaps more over here"
Well, if you're saving $1000 on a car cos it's in Adelaide, and it costs you $200 to fly over and have a look, and a further $600 to truvk it to Melbourne, you're still $200 in front.:kiss

Now I've got that off my chest :puke where in Adelaide are you?

I have a '54 as well. look at the date stamp on the back of the speedo. this should give you a pretty good indication of it's build year.
I'd love to see some pics too. :cool:

Sorry man, I love what you guys do over there, But Sometimes its a time thing.....I too would love to have a look at this, but Time is tight at the moment, and having split days off, its kinda hard to go interstate. Having said that, If there were pics, It might make buying a little easier. If its still available when I get some time off in the near future (which at that price if its solid enough, it will be sold) I WILL come over. I am also Interested in Resto64's car for a daily drive, But There is no point getting excited about it, when I got no time to get there.

PS Good luck with the sale mate, they are a rare sight these days (ribbed doors and semaphores! YUM!)

I'd love to come over and have a look, but I work pretty long hours, and I just don't have the spare time to go for a cruise over to Adelaide.

I understand, time is a valuable commodity these days.

there's a long weekend coming up soon though.

If it were my car, and you were coming from interstate to have a look, I'd pick you up from the airport, and put you up for the night.
not a big thing to do, but makes all the difference.
