the item u got there is a porsche gear box, no beetles.

Man, some of those for $500 are dam good.

Do they run, are they road worthy?

Are you willing to wait till x-mas before somebody (like I) can make a purchase?

I'm interested. But I live in QLD. (North of the Goldcoast). How far are u away from me?

Do any of the 4 $500 ones happen to be vw Beetle 1500s (have the floorpans of the vw Beetle 1500) [If it helps, the year of manufacture of the beetle1500 is between 1967 to 1971 {i think}]

If you read the descriptions of them I have noted beam front or strut front and whether they go. If you are only after a floorpan or a beetle without a motor and box I have several of them here too. You are about 600 km away.
