i was under the (wrong.. again) impression the one below was a kalita. it looks like the one on ebay but is lwb and rectangle headlights.

Mark has it spot on with the J&S Long wheel base, also known as the tourer.
It is advertised as a Kalita, but its not
I am not aware of any LWB Kalita's being built

I think it was one of these buggies, turned up at the Nats. NSW rego as a SWB red in colour, I spoke with the owner who had done some big
modifications to the body which included a curved T3 windscreen. Looked great. Had a small bonnet in the front section with a spare wheel inside..
Did anybody get a pic of this buggy because it was very impressive. It was purpose built to fit in the back of a bus. Brian Red GS limo from klubvw

I was there from around 10am till about 4.30pm

Manx xtc you must have missed it. The guy turned up about 1.30 and parked in the show section to have it valued by the guy from Shannons. Someone must have taken a picture of it.
u missed my one. i had my red buggy parked there but it doesnt sound like the one your after
