This was a well known car in sydneys flat 4 club I belive.I have driven this car up to the dubs by the pub thingy few years back.Sat on 140k on the highway,drives really well. (dont tell The Trev)

I am selling my beetle with much regret but sadly has to go.
I am the 3rd owner and know the history of this vehicle.
Never been in an accident. The motor was totally rebuilt 5000ks ago/ rebuilt gearbox/ lowered with Empi mags and shifter/ new rubber bushes on rear spring plates/ new wheel bearings all round/ inertia belts/ kilometres per hour speedometer/genie extractors with hide away muffler.
Engine is 1600 twin port on unleaded. NOTE THE NUMBER PLATE. $6,300 with plate-- $5,800 without.

About that picture of the interior...
It looks like there is some bubbles undernear the glovebox. Any rust in that area? And the glovebox lock broken?

Is that the original carpet?

There is no rust near the glovebox/ since taking the photo I have fitted new glovebox lock. The interior is all original except for Empi shifter and comfortable Honda prelude seats.
There is some very minor rust spots around the seams.
