I'd prefer a Golf but will look at any non VW offer as well.
E.g. I'd love a Valiant!!!!

George, read your still 4 sale post.I put a post there if you were interested in swapping for a Val.There's a site i listed there...:vader
how bout this pearler? hahaha
hey beetle426...what model chargers you got? im a big val fan also... nearly bought a VH 265 charger once but the guy backed out... prices are just
going mental on them these days....
Hey Air Fooled,
I'm guessing your beast is a VE station wagan? Could also be a VF,VG or maybe a VC? There aren't many of those wagons left...The Chargers i have
are
#VJ K10(ex police) 265, 4 speed.
#CL 318 Auto.Okay, i sold it to my brother but i still call it mine! The deal was that in years to come if he decided to sell it, it comes back to
me-I suffer from A.B.A (Automotive Buyer's Addiction!)
#VH E55(340 V8).I wanted this one for almost a year! The guy i know suprised me and gave me first preference.I told myself it's now or never and part
of the money came from a big cash advance on my credit card...(I'm still paying for it lol.)It's Limelight in colour with black seats and white
inserts. It's good to see others that appreciate these. You can still find some Chargers for a good price. If you decide to buy one these days it helps
if you find friends that are into it full on and you take these sorts of guys to inspect them. There are overpriced crap one's popping up for sale
these days.Check out The Mopar Market on the web or the Just Cars mags and if you like one, act quick but with a level head.I think i've blabbed
enough on Chargers!!! I still get a buzz out of my beetle. There's some quick bugs going around(mines stock).I always like hearing stories about
people in fast badge cars getting blown by a bug...
mmmm anything old, tell yu what dude i'll give u my mother inlaw, shes old, not a bad sort for her ages, only need vodka to run for hours with no
dramas. very low maintanace just give vodka daily.
lots of extras, to many to many to list but its a top of the range model(in its day)
i think a straight swop is a bloody fair deal..... i am prepared to deliver to your door at not cost to yourself....
steff.......................................
Kombikim , did you rebuild this car ? looks very nice from Perth :beer

Hey... is it still up for grabs?? would you wanna trade for my notchback??
michael
I do like te notch but I'm in the process of doing a swap for that Humber Super Snipe. I decided that the VW scene for me has come to an end as I am more interested in bigger classic cars. I have two kids and I find the beetle too small and less practical and a bit unsafe with my kids in there. I have driven beetles since 1994 and am over them. I was after a kombi but no one ever came up with a good one to swap.
has the humber sold???? would look good next to the 54',58',60',68',69',76 :kiss............................what a superb car.
I would not necessarily "sell" the Humber I built it as a daily driver to keep for the rest of my life & collected spares to match that
requirement, however immediate replacement with a 1954 that could be used daily overides the pleasures of cruising with power & luxury in the
Humber
due to a 54 being an integral part of the first 11 years of my life.
Finally the 54 Oval has gone. I am now the proud ower of a Humber 63 Super Snipe. Such a comfortable car to drive and so much more practical than the Beetle. I have had fun driving Beetles over the past 12 years and have now moved onk from the VW scene.
sick any mods for it?
i reckon it would look hot with some thicker whitewalls and a good slamming
BOTH are beautiful cars!!
