Yep it was me. I know the car and the people who are selling it .It lived next door to my in laws. For years I always wondered what they would do when the old lady couldnt drive it anymore. Anyway she is not very well and her knowing I am the buyer will put a big smile on her face. Wow how the VW world is small. Thanks Steve for putting it up.

Margarets Husband Garry was the actual owner of the vw. He gave it to her mother who is the old lady who lived next door to my in-laws. He said they paid 4 grand for it 10 years ago. I think it was a good buy for the money I just paid considering it has a pink slip so i figured it had to be road worthy. Like all $500 Vws it has some issues but nothing insurmountable.
