Well it's about time I had a clean out (sort of anyway). I Greg Cash) have f/s my neat 60 splitty and 2x 54 0vals and 1x 57 oval. I am keeping my 2 KGs and 2x 56 ovals for the time anyway as I have decided to buy a motorhome and take off in a couple of years. The cars are in Mowbray, a suburb of Launceston in Tasmania. I can't post pics but can send via email as my scanner has died. The kombi is in excellent original condition as many of you have seen it at various bug-ins and the Nats and day of. Still runs sweet on 6v (same old headlights need attn) and og 1200cc. Only prob is minor oil leak near side plate on box or redn hub on rhs. Still on special interest rego but will be a shame to leave sitting in the shed for long periods of time. Never had and still has no rust(even surface rust) or welding of replacement panels, anywhere.
Semaphores intact but disconnected. Asking $20,000 aus
1st to test drive will buy. Try restoring one for less and still know that you have one this solid. The ovals are 1x 54 rat look, but solid, all there except bumper on rear (have interested party but just in case) incl motor but have not tried starting since purchased. Asking &1500ono
1x 1954 good solid driver. Needs minor work for rego(just general service), minor dents in a couple of guards but no rust at all. Asking $5,500 firm. 1x 1957 Resprayed two tone blue and white(sides) all new rubbers, scrapers and beading. Comes with og motor(not fitted) and requires upholstery. Asking purchase price of $3000.
