rego transfer nsw - qld /pensioner info

hi ppls, if a car is regoed in nsw by pensioner then transfer to pensioner in qld is made how?
and if got 10mths reg must the trfr be made asap and refund fr nsw be obtained ...=fees and % loss anyone clued up re this. pls

QLD req QLD roadworthy slip, rego in qld then post the lot to RTA for a tiny refund

in nsw pensioners only pay the thid party insurance(green slip)so unless you are a pensioner you cant get it ,as in nsw you would have to pay the rego fee for the 10 months remaining, been there done that only caught once:(

In Qld you will need to get a letter form Centrelink say you are on a pension then fill in the transfer form with the roadworthy.

Ring the NSW RTA 13 22 13 for the info straight from the horse's mouth. They are very helpful!
