I have my 58 beetle for sale, i don't want to sell her but i have to really. She has no body rust or structural rust at all, and the nice surface rust has been held back by use on lanolin and penetrol. It has not rusted a bit since I got her. Here's some info:

*Original 15" rims with 165 tyres.
*Original 1200, runs a treat. (77000 miles original)
*Interior is fantastic and original, roof lining ratty.
*Original Carpet also.
*Glass is original
*All deluxe trimming there
*Log books and receipts from day 1 Log book has from 0 mileage to now every fuel stop the old fella recorded.
I have carried out extensive suspension work such as
*Adjustable Narrowed front beam
*dropped spindles
*New front shocks
*Lowered to a nice height, very driveable.. but as it says adjustable to whatever height you like.
*New brakes all round, slave cylinders and lines (stops great)
*Still 6V with working semaphores
*Rear venetion
*6V Battery not that old
*Original Crank Handle and snowchains and some tools
*Registered till mid next year.
*doesnt drop oil.
*And more that i forget.. call me

Doesn't come with the racks, or chrome BRMS. I have spent probably about $4000 on the beetle itself not including purchasing price.. if you are after a ratty early beetle and don't buy this then there is something wrong with you.

Asking $3800 and will drop price for any DSK'ers.. would love to see her getting around to more shows etc. .. if you want the Chrome BRMS, add $1000.

Dear Lovers of this car,

I am the proud new owner (not bragging, just proud)

I drove her home to Sydney on the weekend, and she did not miss a beat, but drew crowds wherever we stopped and made men, women and children smile all the way down the F3, even some mad people haning out their windows taking photos.

Tim the seller was a great bloke and re-installed my faith in humanity, there are good people out there.

I intend to preserve what nature has created and be out on the streets bringing smiles to all that see her.

I am now officially back into the VW scene and loving it.
