My plans are to turn my 65 beetle into an old school sleeper with a supercharged 2.5, 48 IDAS or a big arse holley and all the other good gear. The drag racing bug has bitten again. Especially after seeing you beast Rueb.

Just got the supercharger, so all I need is the rest and the $$$$$$$$$$.

So the sooner I sell the sooner I get started.

The wife even agrees with the plan. The fact is cars just don't last in darwin, given the conditions.

is this what you had in mind Pete ? I too have also been working on a supercharger system for a type-1 engine that runs twin 48's .

I've got a pair of twin side draft 40 webbers in perfect condition that might allow it to fit it in the engine bay more easily... sorry to hijack the thread... SWEEET RIDE! I'd love a KG but I can only afford one crazy customized car :D
