1960 Beetle, 1200 40HP running 12V
Car is currently sick, with a starter motor that only works half the time and bad gearbox (4th gear has disappeared) I haven't had time to get this
checked out, could be something minor, or a replacement job, don't know! But it'll be a good opportunity to get a box with a 1st gear syncro
Car used to, and still does (without 4th gear) drive very nicely. Erwin at Phoenix Engineering has helped me lots at trying to keep oil dripping to a
minimal. Has new 12V alternator too!
Car has comfy tidy-looking seats. All lights work, semaphores work and blink with indicators. Brakes are good, tyres (5 Michelin XZX) have plenty
left. used to be my daily driver until gearbox and starter played up.
Rusts at bottom of door pillars, inside of wheel arches.
I'm after $1500 as is PRICE REDUCED TO $1300, or send me an offer! Would be selling without RWC. I spent heaps of money on her over
the past year, maybe about $4500 all up 
I need to get overseas soon for my
work experience so please come and get her!

The rust doesnt actually look that bad lams, you can actually buy pre-made panels now to replace most of that stuff. Wish we had known that b 4 we had
to reshape some areas of my bug! 
yeah I got 2 door pillar replacement panels, but I can only use hot glue gun to stick them on. I don't know anything about welding!!!
those replacement panels will come with the car of course!
come on everybody I bought this thing a year ago for $1500 with dead tyres and no interior and faulty generator and battery!
