Any T3 Syncro's Out There????????
phoques1 - December 6th, 2005 at 05:57 PM

I'm still looking out for a VW ute but have narrowed down my options. A T3 syncro dual cab would be ideal, preferable converted to dual fuel operation. They don't call em "the brick" for nothing.
Aerodynamics certainly aint their strength. Only four gears on the hwy and they guzzle the juice. Thats why LPG is appealing. But I'll settle for a juice junkie and convert it myself. So, any out there that you guys know of???? I'd even consider a non syncro if it presents excellent credentials. After all, mates of mine said when I had a syncro van, "why a syncro, the ordinary 2 wheel kombi will get ya anywhere". Any condition will do bar concourse. It's gotta do some work.

Hi I have a dual cab syncro with a 1.8 litre turbo audi motor, 2wd/4wd selector, no viscous coupling a/c, p/s and ready to go. All work done professionally and complied

Yes it's been there for a while , but a bit to pricey for me. I don't want a concourse finish, just a normal knock-a-bout ute to run on a bush block and do some work.Thanxs for the info tho.
