One of the best years to come out i recon, awsome performance from a little 250.
Non compliance though

yup, it sure has got balls... can wheel stand it in 3rd gear! I thought it was road registerable? Just need indicators and lights etc?

if it can be reg it should have 2 plates on the stem section of the frame. one is compliance.
pretty sure it wasn't till 93 that you could get registered from factory.
VIC is more lenient on registering these things.
