i actually own a discovery with the 3.9lt(will be up for sale soon) and it sounds good too but the fuel bill is horendous.rob
Yeah, I don't mind the 3.9's, the neighbour has one.
-Staggers.
man do you want to buy mine ?
Hmm... Not me, but I know someone who might. How much?
-Staggers.
its a 96 after around 10k but pretty negotiable and eager to sell.rob.
Ok, I'll ask.

If it werent for the radiator that thing'd rock!... altho one thing that would worry me about V8 conversions in buses.... the tank is only something like 50 litres in a bay... so one would have to hope there was a servo round every corner... I imagine a P76 donk would chew disgusting amounts of fuel. :duh
get a dirty great big tall 4th gear put in a 2l box and it's fine. rev em up and they chew it like no tomorrow.
i agree schmo, but something that would concern me is their stability and handling given their newfound netties.rob.

what about cornering dubbill ever give her a boot full and lose traction? i would of thought things would happen pretty quickly with the extra weight at the rear if one ventured side a ways.rob.
