Wild1 - June 5th, 2006 at 11:54 PM

Hi all, new to VeeDubbers.
I'm going to sell my daily driver because it's just too thirsty:

I've always wanted a Kombi, and would really appreciate anyone pointing me in the direction of a fairly complete (i.e. no major repairs/faults) Kombi for around $3000-$6000.

I'm in Melbourne at the moment and will put my car up for sale in about two weeks, and will start looking then.

All help much appreciated.

I wouldn't expect a kombi to use much less fuel than your current vehicle.

Sorry what I mean is, if that is your main reason for getting a kombi, it is not a significant one. The fact a kombi is sooooooo cool is a very good reason. :) Cheers

hmm... tempting.. although i'm not sure how much time I'll have to work on it until a little later, so I think I'd prefer a pretty complete one

hmm.. I have to wait till my exams are done before I can sell my current car :(
i'll talk to my dad about it, and if you've still got it in two weeks time I might come up.

thanks heaps for the offer, but don't hang out for me because I still have to wait a few weeks before I can start inspecting any. sorry about all this
