Hey guys,

I bought this only a few weeks ago however I have since bought a 69 squareback in slightly better condition so one has to go.

I'm going to cut and paste the previous owner's description and if there are any specific questions I'll do my best to answer them. Please note I haven't even started or driven the car (trailered it home) and I am asking only what my costs were.

Previous owners description as follows:

type 3 notch 67
Was Running & Registered til 2005,
12volt electrics,
good gear box,
disc brake front end,
70's stud pattern all wheels,
nipple indcators,
engine has crack in head,
rust popping up on front 1/4 panels,
floorpan holes needs welding.
wiring burnt leading to front end,
Is still working, Ideal for project/parts
will start and go and stop!

Having said all of that, the owner believes the car is actually a 1965 build with the rego details going astray somewhere...I wouldn't know to be honest. I should also add that the car is way too good for parts and would be a pretty easy resto, or wouldn't take too much to get RWC and on the road, depending on how fussy you are. The rust isn't bad at all...just a little in the battery tray as pictured, and a couple of other small hole in the pan (and some evidence of previous welding), as well as some rust in the front guards (near the window where most of them start to go)

There are some spare guards to go with the car, some pretty decent and others about the same as what's on the car.
