I think it could be part of one of those stupid kits made by the Creative Cars... the folks who created the Porerra.

They made one called the Ferrino, which was changed very shortly thereafter to Cerino after Ferrari got a little uneasy over the bad excuse for a clone... I would be uneasy too if they made something that bad! :duh
