Hey mate there is one in Marsden Park NSW for sale, $11,000 I think. It is in the trading post. http://www.tradingpost.com.au.  I am thinking of calling just to go check it out. I only live one suburb away. Can probably take a camera if you are seriously interested. Not sure if it is still available. Let me know via u2u if you woudl like me to check it out.
