[FS - QLD] 2 x '56 Ovals

Two ovals for sale (NOT by me, this is posted for someone else)

1st - 1956 Oval, not rego'd, garaged approx 25 yrs ago (1978 is last rego).
Paint? some small areas of rust in usual spot (A Pillar lower hinge area) - Pan looks solid as, original engine, Glass, cards, etc all seems to be there.
$3000.00 (I think he is negotiable - but no stupid offers)

2nd - 1956 Oval, not rego'd, garaged approx 20 yrs ago (1982 is last rego).
Paint was a sky blue. Some small areas of rust in usual spots (under battery area - A Pillar lower hinge area looks very soild) - original engine (Currenlty seized but he will get it working again prior to sale - Car drove into workshop years ago), Glass, cards, etc all in place. Original service booklet in car, seller believes it to be genuine 45k miles on speedo.
$4500.00 (Again I think he is negotiable - but no stupid offers)

Both cars are in QLD about 3/4hrs north of Brisbane in his workshop - neither are rego'd and will be sold as is, where is (except for the engine in the 2nd one)

I think the second would be better though as a rat, the first woul dnee dwork to get .... ummm... then again, I have seen some proper rats, guess you're right. It does have the right patina (read- coral red amd really dull/rough paint!)

dont be scared of the looks, we looked over the weekend, the surface rust one is pretty damn solid, the greyish one more so, large dent in 1 guard and decklid but damn nice other than that.
