1960 Karmann Ghia - For Sale
65busser - November 20th, 2006 at 08:20 AM

Putting this up for a friend. Has been a prize winner down here at last years DOVW. He does a lovely job of his cars.
Car is an Aussie delivered and has its history. Has a 1300, and the whole car is in excellent condition. Comes with Victorian RWC and is a very reasonable $16,000.
Will be at DOVW.

True, but it is nice no matter which way you look at it. Cheap enough too!

What colour is it?

Hertz - November 20th, 2006 at 09:00 PM

Looks like Ford Polanesian green. Just a guess.

Yeah it is nice in a "nice" kinda way rather than a "Schweeet" kinda way. It's a local brand metallic paint. Don't think it's Polanesian, but it's a bluey greeny blue green colour. He chose the colour cos he liked it. Pretty fair reason I guess. No Brucey, he won't swap for a ute. He's getting on a bit and his knees won't let him drive a manual any more. That's why he's selling it.
