75 LBug

tidy car inside and out, rack and pinion steering, good tyres, regd till 15/8/07
drives real well and runs good, heads have just been freshened up but is using abit of oil so probably needs rings

What a great car, I would have to say that 1975 is the ultimate Beetle model, before VW went back to the tractor front end.

oops i should probably point out this car is in Lismore

i took it for a spin just to see what a RandP bug is like and holy crap its like power steering compared to other bugs
it drives really well but the struts are a bit soft (still perfectly road worthy tho) and shes a tiny bit smokey under hard accelaration but still runs well
Morry had the heads done up thinking that was the prob but its obviously rings (no biggy)

Hi

So that's where its raining.

I fitted R&P to a my old 1302, I had to learn to drive the car again as the steering is that sharp.

he just renamed it was lismore classic cars now Gocars i think

i know what u mean tho i took the other purple one hes got for a spin today
havent driven a swinger or flat screen bug for a while
felt very diffrent to my Lbug

hey bernie it was a turbo diesel but its not on the lot anymore so its proabbly sold
havent double checked but i think this bug is sold too
