Some serious bidding now though.
Anyone have a guess as to what it will sell at??
$28000:o or there abouts. I wouldn't think it was dodgy. There are some experienced people bidding.....

i am more than happy to be wrong on this ... but that looks like a 63 not a 60 ... can the greater minds who know far more about kombis shed some light ?:alien
hmmm......mine says $18k???
I'm thinking over $20,000, bet the reserve is around that too.

RHD walk-thru is quite unusual!
$30k or more - logically if you paid that and then spent
another $25-$30k restoring it you're on (or still below)
current market value for a restored bus with everything
done 'properly'.

Reserve not met at $20,200. This guy obviously knows what he has lets hope it goes to someone who will restore that correctly
Highest bidder has no previous feedback and only registered in the last few days!!!! Jacking up the price I would say. Emailed seller for an
inspection but no response.

OK - game on.
Reserve has been met at $25,600.
Wow...nice. Don't know much about Busses but...is that cheap for something that rare??
yeap that could sell in the UK for 15,000 pounds.
When you concider the English would pay 35,000 pounds for a finished LHD.
LOOK OUT it has days to run
[ Edited on 18-1-2007 by empikg ]
Nothing is cheap - but yes it IS rare.
More to the fact - this IS available.
You cant "just" buy a propper 23 window.
Well - not here in Aust anyway.
A finished one IS worth $50k plus
$30,600 now, god damn
has anyone confirmed it to be a genuine original 23 window yet has anyone been able to see it in person yet ? :vader
I think it would be "propper" as it has the false / 2nd underneath floor.
It`s getting a bit over priced for something that needs so much work.
Awesome Bus though.

LHD but a '58
$2.5 = 1 UK pound.
Shipping?
What's it all mean? You tell me...
yes. but not WALK THRU, and not RHD.
but like all things... its what the buyer is prepared to pay.
Was checking out on DSK and I the talk seems to be that it’s doggie.
Not a true 23 but may even be two 21 welded together. I don't know much about buses the word is that only like 3 or so right hand drive 23 window
walk throughs were ever imported originally and at least 2 were bought and shipped to the UK.
I think some more research needs to be done on this one.
Cheers
