'best example of a T3 Fastback that he has seen outside of the VW Wolfsburg Museum in Germany'
I believe that he believes that!
so.......... anyone got one of those consoles for me........

tell him hes dreaming
so who has been to Wolfsburg ...just checkin...he he

I believe i can get us in the door for nix!!
contacts
scuse the ignorance... but is the dash meant to be painted? is that standard for type III's??
It is nice, maybe he should advertise it in Pounds Sterling for the raving mad English.
dash here is std just the protector is extra but may be hiding some cracks in the padded section....
at that ask, it is a bit of an insult that you have to pay extra for the spares
If he is fortunate to get his price then mine is for sale as well!!! How does $14999 sound.
Any takers????
Got to love a Fasty.

that is the model with the chrome strip, much nicer
lets be fair, he may have misplaced the decimal point.
I nearly choked on my baguette at lunch when I saw that price.
Two words.....Joustin Sticks
someone must have put a karmann badge on it
This guy has the forsight I wish I had he's well ahead of his time
about 20 years is my guess
schweet memories from last May , Type 114
what it cost u to get in.
mate is in the new and refurbed car delivery/handover to customer section.
Looks like the guy has doen a heap of work to get it to where it is. If he gets 15K good luck to him. May be a better buy than some of the tin foil with wheels from Malayasia/Korea/Japan that they're flogging now for about that price.
That fasty needs to be lowered a little

Why would someone need to spend $30k to restore a car that has "no rust" and has only travelled only 70,000 clicks?
yeah I was thinking that, with that milage it should have been good without "restoration" & now it is nowhere near original
from there I went through the whole Autostadt and vw plant was inaccessible as Fri was a non production day... then down to Stuttgart's Porsche
Museum followed by the new Merc Museum!!
Can prob get homestay wid a few families in bth areas and group trvel on trains is way to go.
I speak the lingo and have done some touring there every 5 years in the past 20!!
hey do vary some of the displays at times of course for updateing and maintaining vehicles.
bernie
just sold my fasty on ebay - maybe I should have forgot the decimal point too. He got no takers though !!!!!!!
good LUCK.
