EMPI GTV $8,500
SPRINTSTAR - June 25th, 2007 at 01:14 PM

Sadly but it's time to make way for a new project. This is probably one of the world's best GTV replica (looks anyway!). This was an all original car, only ever repainted once in German Spies Hecker Glasurit two pack paint in its original colour. Interior is also mint with original basketweave material and accessory headrests. It comes with an original rare 14inch version GT wheel and original chromed Sprintstars and Empi GTV stripe kit in high quality US made 3M sticker material for adhesion and longevity.

It runs gas shocks all around and lowered just right for that raked late 60's early 70's look. It will be sold registered but slightly higher if supplied with roadworthy certificate ready to enjoy! Engine is a mint 1600 with Sportomatic gearbox also in mint condition.

Great car mate - I've passed the details onto a fellow I know on the gold coast (Scott) who I think may have contacted you already. Is there any chance of a few pics of the engine/interior/underbonnet etc?
Thanks
Alan

Dasdubber - June 26th, 2007 at 10:21 AM

Cancel that - just got a few pics forwarded by Scott - all cool ;)

SPRINTSTAR - June 26th, 2007 at 10:05 PM

Thanks for the comments guys, sorry Nath but I'm not sure about the trophies.

Just wanted to add, adjustable balljoint beam, disc brakes front/drums/rear. KYB gas all around and a decent CD/Sound system concealed underneath a custom parcel shelf.

G'day mate, it is still Don's. I'm just helping him out as his plate's full at the moment with his 'little ones'. I believe he's still considering his options on what the next project might be...
