Hi,

Today I was picking up my Beetle rotors that where in to be converted to studs, when my pro-VW engineer mentioned he is selling his L-bug (out front).

Things he told me or I noted

- Little or no rust
- 1914CC with counterweighted crank
- dual DCN(F?) Webers with centre-pull linkage
- Full flow
- 4 wheel disks (beetle front, kombi rear) with Commodore pattern. Even has mod plate for conversion.
- Commodore pursuit rims
- Lowered (I think the front struts where modified somehow, he mentioned narrowed diameter springs to clear the wheels)
- White
- Reasonably good condition

Mentioned to him I'd put up the details in here. And before anyone asks, I am in no way getting a kickback or otherwise going to benefit from the sale, just thought it was a good deal I wanted to pass on to the community.

He quoted $3500 to me.

His work details are:

Supreme Engineering
Mt Lindsay Hwy Browns Plains 4118
(07) 3800 1499

Cheers,
Peter

Sounds like an awesome car, and a damn good price for all that!
Have you got any pictures to post here to help with the sale?
