Is that original VW Caravelle colour? With the air, is it a simple re-gas for it to work again?

No that colour is a ford colour from 1976.
aircond is just needing a gas as far as i know.When the new motor was installed, thepipes were proffesionaly reconnected bu i never got around to gassing.
