Hi
I used own one of these many years ago, the performance and vehicle dynamics of these cars would put many modern cars to shame. Mine was Citrus red as
well. Good luck with the sale.
Steve
Bet you had a beard and wore flairs too Steve
Wicked! Shame it's not a wagon. I'd love an orange wagon.........

Love it!!
sydney! yes, no sunroof, kms?? all orig drives great
Looks like it got 288 728 kms
yeah ah late 200kms thanks for pointing out the obvious PHATBUG ha ha
I drove a number of '76/'77 Passats for many years - great cars.
I tried to buy a '77 Passat liftback coupe many years ago but it was too expensive.
I think the instrument panel has been replaced - a TS should have a tacho (from memory).
Rob
would that tacho in the pic above be the one it should have?
Apologies from stupid! The TS tacho should have reached out and smacked me in the head.
The liftback, I spoke of, had a Tacho in the RHS dial of the panel.
Sorry
Rob
lol no wuckas i couldnt remember how many ks it had done with it in the photo ha ha
I had one of those, with a Golde sunroof too!!Great car, 90hp 1500, factory recaro's, last of the pre pollution cars. Always though the passats handled better than the golfs.
wow a golde in it sweet
This car looks to be in too good condition to have that many k's on it. I hope it goes to a good home.
Brendan.
cant see pics dude ,can u post em ,spread the world shes still forsale
Tas Transport website says the Tassie rego ran out in November 2006. Also says it's a '74. Is it registered/roadworthy?
yeah just needs rego its a perla drove onto and off the ferry i beleive high kms 200+ u can see in the dash pic but seem odd shes so nice
probably had the speedo replaced, unless it is a 5 digit odometer(6 digit units came in 76, didn't they?)they weren't to reliable as they had nylon gears which cracked prematurely. Given the fragile nature of the dash and seats, it looks more like 20000 km to me.
