Hi andrew,yes it is i came around your place and got some parts from you when i lived in gracemere.We moved here 2 years ago from up your way now we are moving to the central coast NSW the beetle has sat in the garage since we moved here only driven around the block to keep it running good cheers shane.

how has it been converted to 12v ? does it use a rewired 6v generator, or a new 12volt generator the size of a 6 volt one ?

Could you send photos of the interior and engine to me ?

Congrats on the sale Shane.

So when do we see your project finished? Are you going to Nambucca?

Your 58 made the Rusty 58 Beetle on the trailer at the Nationals that supposedly sold for $1500 look like an expensive project.

Thanks david,the beetle now lives in sydney as for the project my brother inlaw is painting hes commodore before the beetle now,and i cant decide what colour.Im trying to get a britax sunroof for it but having no luck,as for the 58 on the trailer for$1500 decked dubby(damien) bought it its now on the road theres pictures in general chit chat of it cheers shane.
