[FS - TAS] 62ish Vw Bug

Swore id never sell it, but with a 58 Panel coming home and a 70 Deluxe Micro, i need to make space.

1962ish Beetle. Stamped 761 on speedo, has 62-67 taillights, popes nose and bonnet pull on driverside. Not sure on the date of the glass yet however.

Bought at auction, couple of months back sight unseen. Owes me personally $750. Want $800 for time and effort and ill chuck in a spare good floorpan for the buyer and a spare good exhaust. The roofrack is not included.

Good things:
Is almost complete, good gearbox, has all gurads, lights, seats, electrical items, engine bits and pieces and has one previous owner! was stored in shed on farm from 1983 to Febuary 2008. Engine is original and still runs!

Bad: Has two dodgy arse interior panels on the inside, has rust in bottom of pillars due to shagpile carpet getting wet and never drying in the barn.Fitted a new carbie and a distrubutor the other night (Spent till 2am working on her till i gave up). Exhaust is there but not much left, carbie i fitted leaks near throttle lever shaft (Common fault im told?) and have not had time to fix it. No brakes, has handbrake that works. I have the name of the original owner but she has since moved and i have lost contact but still have heaps of info on this car's history.ut since she was stored and not started or driven since 1983 its pretty good. Battery Tray is rusted due to battery leeaking over 25 odd years.
