I am selling an '89 VW Caravelle GL, features include Power Steer, Roof Console Air Conditioning, Central Locking, Velour Air Craft Style Seats with Arm Rests and this Van has a set of Factory Alloy Wheels and Two Tone Paint. This van has a 5 Speed Gearbox and 2.1 Fuel Injected Engine.

This Van is in Good Condition for its age, the body has a few bumps and scrapes, a small dent in the rear tail gate, one in the sliding door, and a scrape in the paint on the passenger front door and a few stone chips on the front, there is one rust hole near one of the rear window rubbers and that is it, the rest is good. I have probably just made it seem worse than it is!!.

Interior is good, only one small split in the passender front seat base, and one head rest is torn on the back, carpet is ok with a couple of stains and some wear here and there.

Mechanically the Van drives beautifully, (as these vans do) the engine has been reconditioned at some stage and has a set of AMC cylinder heads, it runs great. The gearbox is perfect, shifts well and has no noises, Brakes are good, shocks are Koni Adjustables front and back. Tyres have 60% tread left and are a matching set.

The van is unregistered.
I had this on Ebay a couple of weeks ago and the winning bidder turned out to be from New Zealand, the freight cost was too expensive so he didn't follow through with the sale, so I still have it.
