Up for sale is my 54 oval project. The body has had the structural rust repaired, including heater channels replaced. See photos.
The rear clip is removable, undo a couple of bolts and its off to get the engine in and out easy.
Rear body mounts have been moved to fit onto a late pan.
Body has surface colour rust and a few dents in the roof over the driver, but this is part of the charm and beauty of this car.
Included are a brand new visor to replace the broken one,wiper arms, horn grilles and headlights with early glass. Also included painted original petrol tank.

The pan is '76 ball joint manual. Lowered front beam. Front and rear sway-away sway bars. Includes '76 single side plate gear box with solid mount. New urethane shift coupler installed.
Pan has been Por-15 silver top and bottom, with rear running gear in Por-15 schwarz.
Empi shifter included. '76 bucket seats included.

Also included is a 2275 engine with all the good bits, specs are:
2275cc Type 1
82mm CB Performance Chromoly crank, nitraded, balanced
5.5 inch CB Perfomance Chromoly race rods,
Steel Billet cam, ground to K-8 specs with heat treated lifters
94mm pistons fitted with Total Seal rings
Stan pobjoy Anti surge sump
Berg Chromoly pushrods
040 heads fitted with 40 x 35.5 valves, fitted with Berg dual springs
Berg collets, retainers & lashcaps
9.5:1 compression
Berg 1.4 ratio rockers
Tall CB manifolds, match ported with twin 48mm Webbers
which are brand new
2 way oil pump setup for external oil cooler including RX7 oil cooler and a couple of kombi fans to provide added luft over the cooler.
S & S 1 5/8 inch merged header with merged 2.5 inch system & muffler
009 distributor fitted with compu-fire ingnition module
Comes complete with all tinware, flywheel, clutch etc ready to install

I would rather keep the car together with the engine as a single project, hence listing them together.
If someone is keen on the body and pan, without the engine I could do this, although I'd rather see it go together.

Price for all of the above: $10800.

I also have some other goodies that I have been collecting separately for this project including semphores, tail lights (55, not 54), popout windows, T bar bumpers, steering wheel and trip meter speedo, which I will be listing separately shortly. However if someone buys the project, I will give them first dibs on the other booty.
