For Sale or Swap
1967 Custom beetle, 61 Shell, 67 Pan, Suicide Doors (engineered), shaved dash and exterior, custom 2 tone paint orange and white (appears read in
different lights, some bubbles), near new interior, custom adjustable beam (narrowed), drop spindles, good rubber all round, empi trigger shifter
whitewalls, good box, too many other things to list (see pic’s). Sold or Swapped as is, No Engine or Registration.
Reason for sale.
The vehicle was defected by ACT RTA nearly a year ago for ride height, which was rectified days later and re-inspected, however during this process
the ACT RTA stated they wanted the suicide doors completely re-built and engineered even though they meet NSW specifications and held a current
engineers certificate. Any way long story short. After many many months of fighting the ACT government and exploring his options, it became evident
BUGGIN would never be ACT registered unless the doors were completely re-done. (Not cheap to meet there crazy requirements).
Tim has basically decided to part with his dream car, as it is beyond by finances and capability givem the circumstance. The vehicle was purchased for
a lot lot more than its asking price.
Things required for rego outside of ACT:
Engine (1600 was fitted)
Axel Boots x 2
Axel seals x 2
Rear Brakes
Vehicle has already been raised to legal height and can easily be re-dumped as required.
$6000.00 or Swap for VW of interest, of similar value (Priced to Move).

Now knowing what my car is costing to build (sshh, the wife might hear me), if I had this knowledge prior I would have been a mile in front in buying
this car or similar. I have never met the owner so there is no gain for me, but if you are thinking of buying a shiter and doing a body off resto or
similar its gonna cost you 10 grand minimum. So take my advise and jump on something like this.
As in Cher's song (sing now) "If I could turn back time" I would be all over this thing.

how about a swap for a rotary powered bug 12a well looked after almost the same colour and approved in nsw qld let me know...also comes with 17 inch
chrome wheel verde dimonds with perfect tread heavy duty sway bars front and back full autometer dash scat qwick shifterwhite prelude interior etc
