Yep.

I don't want to do this, but the time has come to sell The Fink. It's time to do something different for a while, and have something that can fit the whole family in, instead of taking 2 cars out. I always thought that this would be a keeper, but times and people change.


The Good
- Beautifully restored 1959 Beetle
- 36hp case never split
- New right side head 6 months ago - performed by Andrew Dodd
- Rust free pan - never, ever welded
- Bulkheads never welded
- TMI front seats
- Rear seat original. 1 small 2 inch tear on seam - that's all
- All door and rear cards original and mint
- New carpet
- Peeps (comes with original mirror too)
- Front beam rebuilt 3 years ago with adjusters. Set on highest setting now - needs to go down another inch I reckon.
- Original rear venetian - not a repro
- Runs 135's / 165's
- 6v
- Semaphores work - also has Harley bullets
- Heaters hooked up and work
- Zoom tube

The bad
- Takes about a minute to turn over in the morning
- A couple of bubbles coming through, though not structural
- Steering wheel needs a paint - has a vinyl Grandpa cover on at the moment, which I'd keep on for the kitsch factor.

There's a 009 on it at the moment, which will be removed. Also the bra doesn't come with it.
