i have for sale a 1970 type 3 squareback, it has a 1600 tp with a manual gearbox. It has the usual rust in rear of the roof and front heater chanels. all beading has been removed and gaps seam sealed it also has a tow bar. the side back windows have been filled in with sheet metal (easy to remove and will include the orignal windows for it) It had a quick sand and respray in industrial, semi gloss 2 pac black with a red bonnet. i comes with a spare 1600tp from an auto, tailgate and other bits and pieces. It is complete just needs the headlights put back in, interior reassembled (interior is of average condition) and bumpers on, if you want to (the bolts were broken off) and a battery. Comes with sa plates and no rego. Pick up only.

thanks for the bump grumble, i had it at $1500 and now it is down to $600, its getting in the way, but not selling for less!!!!

I want it just cant afford $600 and the transport costs to the barossa valley. Makes me really sad and frustrated but use this post as a bump for ya ! it is a great buy

Square73.I think the guys up at Braeside ave (northern end of Grand Junction road towards Holden Hill??? ) have some panels.Dunno what the name of the business is,Maybe Vollksfactory? but i'm sure someone will letcha know.
Try the Debiasi guys,theyre great blokes and will point you in the right direction.

What is the condition of the drive line like? Any oil leaks that would indicate cracked crank case? anything that will need to be replaced before it driven daily? Brakes work? no cracked lines anywhere etc?

as far as i know there are no leaks in the brakes all where working fine when i last drove it, motor has a small leak but dont know where. comes with spare motor. just needs interior put back together and headlights put back in

Just put it in the driveway, cheers for the help strapping it down, it didnt budge at all, and everything inside both cars stayed put too (Except some bloody rattling wheel trims!) Was perfectly weighted as well, cruised at 110km/h with no problems!
