The price is a bit on the high side for a fair condition car with no safety certificate. A car over 40 years old at the wrong inspection station
could find itself needing thousands of dollars of repairs to get a SC.
Its hard selling cars that are a bit on the tired side. I have been in your position before, you can't describe them as good, but if you write
anything adverse in an ad then you get no responses.
Have you put it on carsales? Although they now charge like wounded bulls (bloody high market share - they now behave like Micro$oft) they do get
excellent exposure.
Another option is to make a big space in your shed and finish the restoration. Find a mate or 2 silly enough to help, don't count how much it costs
- just call it therapy. I find it is money well spent.
