And, we're happy to ship the van anywhere, or drive it to Sydney, Adelaide, or Canberra at buyers expense. Other areas possible too, but preferably somewhere that we can fly back from.

dusto81 - November 13th, 2009 at 01:42 PM

THey can always be a part of negotiations....

But, it hasn't really bothered me with the current ones...

mattb123 - November 19th, 2009 at 12:17 AM

Hey Dustin - quick question... in one pic there is a fridge and in another a wire shelving rack... and also there are sheepskin covers on the front seats in one and not in another? will speak to you tomorrow but thought I'd ask here in case I forget.

dusto81 - November 19th, 2009 at 09:12 AM

Very observant Matt!

The sheep skin covers are a bit old, so I think it looks better with them off, but they do protect the seats... They can be included for free, as otherwise they'll just go to an op shop

Re Fridge: I've got a Waeco Chest Fridge, so I ended up taking the Engel stand up fridge out and putting in the wire rack drawers. I forgot to put the fridge back in for the first photos and then did some with the fridge in. I'm happy to include the wire racks and fridge, so you have the choice.

After having just gone on a few day trip with the Engel back in, I actually prefer the Engel fridge in there, as there's plenty of space anyways and its more fridge like, than the Waeco, which is a glorified esky, albeit a very good one...

I also thought I don't need the weight of the fridge in there all the time (enviro minimise fuel consumption logic), but it is handy after going to the market or trips in summer if your carrying cheese/chocolate/beer for more than 30 mins... So, I would keep the Engel in, but its up to te buyer really.

Cheers,
Dustin

Is this still for sale?

dusto81 - December 3rd, 2009 at 06:17 PM

Still for sale, but probably not for long. There's been loads of interest and some final decisions being made, which will hopefully tanslate to a sale.

Cheers,
Dustin

Moving to Cambodia is getting closer and a little daunting (too much organising...), so I've just put the van back on the trading post at $12,900. So, of course same price here. $12,900 negotiatable.

I've also got 15" Sunraysia rims and a tow bar that can be thrown as part of negotiations.

Cheers,
Dustin

GusW - December 22nd, 2009 at 06:22 PM

G'day Dustin, could you post a quick picture of the rims please?

dusto81 - January 2nd, 2010 at 04:20 PM

Hi Gus,

Sorry about the slow reply, I've been busy with the whole Christmas/New Years/Camping shindig...

Attached is a photo. There are 4 rims all in similiar condition, they are structurally good, but need a sand blast and respray/powdercost.

They are 15" X 6".

If the van sells without them, I am happy to seperate but if the van doesn't sell before I leave then I'll keep them. My plan was to clean them up and then put BFG All Terrain's on, which I'll do at some stage if I keep the van.

But, I could be open to offers...

Cheers,
Dustin

dusto81 - January 8th, 2010 at 10:34 AM

I'm keen to sell, as it's not long before I leave.

The Trakka is no on ebay with a starting bid of $11,900.

Still open to offers, but hope to sell for above $12,000.

Cheers,
Dustin

A couple sales have frustratingly fallen through.

NEW PRICE $9999. BARGAIN BUY for a great van!
