Hey everyone, My name is Russell, I live in Bundaberg, Qld and I have decided to part with my pride and joy.
This beast is my 69 VW beetle which I have lovingly built up over a six year period.
Please take a look at my members rides page for all the details - http://aussieveedubbers.com/viewtopic.php?tid=73940&page=1
Over the last 24 months I have competed at 15 shows around Bundy and Brisbane and picked up 40 trophies which gives you some idea of the condition of
the car.
But it is not all show, being a pleasure to drive!
The car will come with plenty of extras including magazines it has been featured in aswell as photo shoots, all paperwork / instructions / manuels.
I'd love to hear from any interested people. Please Email me on
Revmeup79@hotmail.com for the fastest responce.
Absolute one off stunner. Well under build cost $25 000.

Does this thing drive ok, i've only ever seen it turn up to a show on a trailor?
Man that bug is sick as. Real mean looking beast. great build.
Miss VDUB,
It's a pleasure to drive. Only trailer it to the shows in Brissy and Warwick to keep it in pristine condition.

sorry! RBS, and I am not trying to cause trouble. i am no vw expert, though this in my eyes is a bad representation of what a bug could be, as a
traditionalist it looks like you have tried to play god with time. there is an absolute definition where the beetle goes from 69 to 2000, or you could
say steel to plastic, the love child of a Kombi and a nissan that has been jazzed up at repco by an 18 year old(sorry again). although this said,
trophies don't lie do they well done in the end and someone will be
proud to have this in their collection. commodore kit on a beetle? nice work there
i see somewhat of a local iconic dub for the younger generation, get it out there and show these kids what vdubs are made of, sorta.
Hey Russell.
Nice ride mate. I have seen this at a couple of shows here in Brisbane now and I have to say the attention to detail on your bug is awesome.
I'm sure it will be sad day the day you to have to part with it but I wish you all the best with selling and I hope you get as close to your price
as you can.
Oh. It's good to see someone with thick skin on here. It's amazing how many sorry sacks are representing the VW community here on this forum
Mate, I think your bug looks beaut! Good job!
Nothing positive to say?-say nothing.
Nice car Russel you didn't show off the whole car before only the hindges. Good luck with the sale.
Those headlights look wild! What are they out of?
Completely outside the box.
First I've seen for a long time that doesn't try to conform to the status quo.
Bugger the knockers mate, shows you're prepared to exercise your right to express your definition of buggin' heaven.
The detail screams commitment and the silverware shows that others dig it too....
Well done.
Through the rear window at the subs. Doof Doof
That beautiful engine. Vroom Vroom
Door Jams ?!? It's all the little things that make this car.
A huge thank you to all who have posted with good and bad, but could I please ask that if it's not related to the selling of this car you post it on
my Members rides page:
