I would've thought potential buyers would have benefited and appreciated it more that I put up the suburb it is being stored rather than a postcode, but that's just me.

well start bid is actually the first bid after they meet the reserve price that YOU set....up until then its just a bunch of hopefuls trying to figure out how much you want for it !!!
