Engine: Fully detailed engine bay. 1800 case (No. CJ040465), 2 Litre Crankshaft, Watson 275 Racing Cam, 2 Litre Barrels & Pistons (0.5mm Oversize), 2 Litre Unleaded AMC Heads, Twin 40mm Dellorto Carburettors with CB Performance Filters, Full recirculating Pierburg fuel pump with pressure regulator valve, Bosch 009 Distributor, high performance silicon leads, Compufire Pointless Electronic Ignition. Full tinware and new seal. Custom engine bay light. Stainless Steel and chromed custom accessories. Oct '08 rings replaced and barrels honed, new valves and AMC heads valve seats recut to correct VW specificiations. Even has the original diagnostic plug. New Fan Guard and Timing Scale.
Exhaust: Custom built headers & 2” extractors ceramic coated, Stainless Steel straight thru muffler.
Transmission: VW Kombi 1800 Gearbox - drive shafts painted cat yellow. Full rebuild in 2005 with everything replaced, new clutch.
Brakes: Front – Audi Front Disk and Callipers / Rear – Standard Drums
Wheels: Audi Style 16” x 7.5” Alloy
Tyres: Uniroyal Tiger Paw GTV4 225/50/16R (still plenty of tread)
Suspension: Lowered approx 3” via selecta drop @ front and resplined @ rear – shocks painted cat yellow, Chrome torsion covers.
Other: No Rust. New clutch and accelerator cables, front step treads, washer nossles.
