Hi BleH,
I wouldn't mind seeing some pics.
Cheers Darren.
Hmm
Must have accidently clicked the wrong button!! Heaven Forbid!!
So so sorry barls...
And i also lied... It's actually a 68... Just commondeared it in a transaction involving my oval the other day...
I'll get some pics off first chance i get, and it's in Perth 6083
Jeff... 0488 612 803
i would love to see some pics of it too..
Pics as promised... It's actually a shame to sell actually. It drives really quite civilised for a 42 year old car... Brakes, trans and motor all run
really well... The carbs could do with a bit of choon up... Running a little rich... Interior is neat and presentable, no real rips or tears... Dash
matt has obvious crack in it... Heater works... Vents work.... Not much else can go wrong I guess!! She's no show car, but people love it!! Only been
driving it for 2 days now, and everyone comments on it... Specially the lady's... Reckon it's the cutest car they ever seen. It is a genuinely good
buy for someone into them. I'm personally not that fussed with the type 3's and this was just part of a deal that i didn't really want...
Here are some pics of the problem areas... Nothing really dramatic...
Just the bits that let her down a little...
thats a bargain!
Passed links to a mate. Hope he's interested. Awesome car.
awsome, just what I've been looking for. How bad is the rust honestly? Sills, floor, guards, bonnet and boot?
It is honestly pretty good! The photos I've attached are the worst bits... My old man (prev owner) cut some rust out from the inner front guards,
replaced the pass side sill panel... The only other bit that needs work is the front nose cone... gotta few wobbles in it... understandably...
Floor pan is really solid... bonnet, boot lid seem ok... Interior is actually much more presentable that it seems in the photos...
I've been driving it a lot this past week, and it's runs sweet. Has picked up a bit of an oil leak, but she sat for quite a while b4 this week. More
than likely a rocker cover gasket... Gunna get it up on the hoist on the weekend and take a peep!!
I have considered keeping this, as it was a part of a deal i didn't really want, but driving this thing is really good fun!! With a hotty motor i
reckon would be the dux nuts!! EVERYONE has been asking about it... Just noone with any money... hehe...
It is a good buy for an enthusiast... I just don't want it... Never intended on keeping it, and needs to make way for a business venture...
Give us a ring if you want to know anymore...
bump....
