Due to an expanding family, too many toys and sustaining a neck injury I am unlikely to get to the buggy in the next couple of years so am offering it
up for sale.
It is a tube frame buggy - class 6 so it ran all Volkswagen gear back in the day and was aparrently fairly successful.
It would not take a great deal to complete, depending on what you wanted to do. It has turning brakes, all the beefed up suspension etc. The body
panels were off another buggy and would require some slight alterations - but again depends on what you are after. Also included are a couple of
gearboxes that are supposed to be in GC. One that came with the buggy was supposed to be a rebuilt 1600kombi box that has close ratios, but I have
never investigated that further. There is also a single port 1500 engine, stinger, full set of drums with brakes etc.
It is currently on a property near Boonah, which is about an hour from Brisbane out past Ipswich. I have photographs if anyone is interested.

another...
Just to clarrify that it doesnt have a CAMS log book. I am sure with a bit of investigation the history could be worked out from racing numbers and
stickers but I cannot recall who the driver was.
The people I bought it from were using it as a shooting buggy and had cut out the hipbraces and diposed of the body. I cut the extensions off to fit
the new body and it would require some new hipbraces put back into it.
As for the condition of the engine, it used to be a good standard runner but was left out in the open so may have swallowed a bit of water into the
heads - I am just guessing as I havent looked - not siezed though.
am open to negotiations if the engine not required..
Hi Peter, where do you find these things, what else are you hoarding out there??
You know if you get it going you can always bring it out to my place to race against the rip off buggy.
Bump
Hi Sam,
You have PM - just give me a couple of minutes to finish it off
