I need to purchase a Baja that is complete or registerable . It can be any model and an engine is not important or even required . Something that is at least half decent and hopefully with minimal rust . I don't need it to actually be registered as long as it looks like it can be registered , ie , working headlights , tailights , wipers , ect .
