Item description: I have a transporter for sale, 89 model, panel van with 5spd manual, empty in back, engine needs at least needs new heads. It has the MV engine code, digifant I think and 2.1 litres in capacity. I drove this van for about 25,000 with little trouble, at the last service my mechanic recommend that I replace or repair exhaust system as there was a small gap between manifold and head (does that make sense.) I did not and headed off to Canberra from the gold coast.... Newcastle was as far as I made it. Had it trucked home with intention of repairing but as you know...shit happens. I paid $500 for it 4 yrs ago and that is what I would like for it, tyres are still 80%. Body is ugly but pretty straight with minimal rust, the engine scenario might not be as bad as full rebuild, either way.... I AM NOT PARTING OUT! Sell complete for $500. as I am technologically challenged with the photo thing I will have a go but may need a moderator to help with that.
