Selling my Ghia to fund something else

Regrettable but neccesary sale

Sorry its long winded.

1960 model
1600tp/31 pict carb runs fine,doesnt use oil as far as I'm aware, I dont use it much.f@#k all oil leaks,maybe a drop or 2 since Ive had it (one year)

Has a 1500 gearbox with short axles that works great, cruises along nicely and doesnt jump outta gear.Empi shifter fitted.
Adj beam,old style adjusters. Currently sits about 100mm off the ground.
Interior,though not OG, is all matching and in very good condition with Alfa seats,rear seat is perfect.Headlining very good with no tears.

Dash has had a cut to fit a non og tape deck which I have removed.Has 2 small old school alt and oil pressure gauges fitted.
Dash has been recovered with no tears

There is a small amount of rust in the rh sill and drivers door.Will try and get pics uploaded asap
Ive put a magnet around the whole car and it stays put.

The paint is cracking in some places with a couple or 3 scratches.

Drivers door needs adjusting,as Ive tried to sort it and get the glass to cooperate but rather than smash the shit out of it trying to line them up,I left it alone.

To someone that likes og stuff,it may not be your cup of tea,as this is a custom Ghia
I have been as honest as possible with my description,yet I would prefer anyone to ask as many questions possible and I will try to answer them,or view it their own eyes (though I bought it sight unseen and didnt regret it)

To someone that wants a cool Ghia and happy to do stuff as a rolling resto back to, or close to original,this could be right up your street

Ive seen ghia's online and advertised that are in bits and need a total resto and not driveable for 10-15k
Mine is nowhere near that,and you can drive the shit out of it.

I need a minimum of 12.5k without the 356 rims or 13k with them fitted,as I really want to keep them.Its got new 135 tyres and very good 165's on the back with flappers.
I can also supply a pair of very rare OG chrome bumpers in very good condition for an extra fee to the purchaser of the car (not for sale on their own though,sorry)

Hi all,if I had the coin I'd be all over this.Have driven the KG a couple of times and it drives really well,with a good solid feel to it.Nice and quiet and handles well.The motor pulls well for a 1600 and the gearing suits the car.Anyway heres more photos,Lee's a bit computer challenged :crazy:

Lee, bought a good set of bumpers, cant have them either :kiss:
Got a whole range of bits for it now, have a set of 15" chrome mangles with tyres, but too wide and don't want to modify beam and so on. I'll take your wheels though, look great.

dude this is the cheapest Ghia on carsales by far, the car is complete and drivable so fly down and drive it home, cheaper than freight and a shit load more fun...! :ninja:

Johndoe,with due respect,I have 20 or so emails from guys asking for pics and 5 very interested parties from Carsales with cash waiting. Will send you some pics asap.
It drives better than a couple of 20k plus Ghia's I ve driven and is worth every cent and more than my asking price,with any dents you mention. I would drive it anywhere
And yep,the doors fit fine.
It cost me $990 from Brisbane to Adelaide at a company called Autotrans 1 year ago.
