Up for sale is our 'Buzz' lowlight year Kombi !!!

I bought this bus last year ago with the intention of doing a complete resto but have other priorities to funds.

Okay so he might not look pretty but this increasingly popular 'rat' Kombi boosts an Electronic Fuel Injected (EFI) 1916cc 'Performance' engine (built by Custom Bugs and Buses) that has no problem hitting 110kms on the open road and actually passes cars up hills !!!

Registered until Jan 2012 (Plates included in the sale), you can only imagine the $$$ already spent including the following:

'Brand spanking new' 1916cc 'Twin Carb' Engine (only done 1000kms)
'Wolf' EFI computer unit
IRS Lowered beam with new suspension
Conversion to 5-stud wheel pattern (ready for those Porsche wheels !!)
Completely reconditioned brakes
New muffler
Rock 'n' Roll Bed fitted (needs to be reupholstered)
Rust repaired including front floor and other usual problem areas
New petrol tank sender
Replaced speedo cluster (now in km's not miles)
New key ignition

Also including in the sale are:
Exterior windscreen sunvisor.

For any Kombi tragic, we all know a registered Lowlight Kombi are fast becoming more and more rare, particularly one that has already had a good portion of the 'expensive' resto work done already. All you have do now (if you so wish) is give it a nice lick of paint (unless you love the ratlook already), add some interior touches and you'll have a very nice looking car which should see many more years of cruising.

Price: $17000 ono
Location: Katoomba, Sydney NSW
Contact: Christian via PM or (0416) 566 245 for more info.

Car will be available for viewing at the "Kombi Krazy" stall at this weekend's VW Nationals, Fairfield Showground Sydney (Sunday 22nd May). Unless sold prior.

Interstate buyers to arrange transport at their expense.

All reasonable offers considered if you appreciate what it means to have a 'lowlight' Kombi parked in your driveway.
