For sale is my 67 beetle. It is almost ready for registration. I have just finished repairing the brakes, but it needs a good tune up to get it running right.

It's in pretty good original condition. The interior is fairly good. The body is pretty good too. there are a few dings in it, but there is virtually no rust, only some nice patina on the roof.

This would make a wicked rat and shouldn't take much to get on the road, probably just a good tune up.

I'll put up some more photos when the weather clears up.

I hope the price is reasonable. I want to sell it. I've found something else I want to buy but need the cash.

If it doesn't sell I'll probably end up tuning it and getting the blue slip. Any idea what these are worth with rego? I'm in the know when it comes to Kombis, but not so much beetles.

I had a play around with the engine today. Checked the tappits - they were already good. Changed the spark plugs and leads - Bingo. Runs like a dream now.

I've also replaced the front brake shoes and wheel cylinders and bled the brakes.

I will be getting the blue slip tomorrow.

So price change: $3,650ono with blue slip and I can register it as well for either 3, 6 or 12 months.

This is an very honest and original beetle with bugger all rust. The only downside is a few dings in the roof and the guards, I suspect from hail damaged. Makes it all the more ratty!!!
