I'm with Ollie with that, absolutely astounding beetle. Kinda wish I was in Sydney right about now...

Also, that is very, well, dodgy looking in that trailer.
Kinda humorous but kinda worrying too...

Let's just pretend it was a red spray can and then no one will be the wiser...

G'day all,
I'm only new here and my wife and I are looking for a beetle. We found one that looks pretty good but I think something fishy is going on.
This car (same rego, same rip in passenger seat) is also for sale on ebay but with different contact details.
I asked the ebay seller what the go was and he said there could be a scammer on this site ? ? ?

I would expect that the AVD seller could be more genuine than the ebay seller ?
Any ideas on whats going on here.
I know my eyes are going bad but am I mistaken ?

yep same happened to me when i bought a caravan. report the one on ebay, ezebits has 517 posts on this site so he isnt a scammer.

We are the mechanics for the car.. And where the car is located.
Miles asked for us to take the calls as he ( as the ebay link describes ) isn't too familiar with the car as it is his girlfriends.

Following up,
I spoke to both Ben(here) and Miles(ebay) today. Happy to report they are just both good samaritans helping out the real owner of the car. Seems that neither Ben nor Miles knew what each other was up to.
Anyway, Ben, I'm arranging with Miles and his gf to come up and have a look maybe tuesday or wednesday arvo.
